Booking Conditions

The minimum stay at Full Moon is 4 nights.
The deposit payment required is to cover 40% of your stay.
A Baby Cot is available free of charge.
WiFi and internet are available at the resort.
1 extra mattress can be supplied in a bungalow free of charge for a third person (not available in Small Classic).

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations can be accepted and deposits can be refunded up to 15 days before check in at all times except in the Christmas and New Year periods when 30 days notice is required.

2. A full refund of the advance deposit will be made less any costs of money transfer i.e. bank charges, Paypal costs (3.4% per transaction) & so on that have been incurred. If a Paypal deposit transaction is cancelled within 60 days of the booking confirmation there are no paypal fees incurred.

3. A transfer of the booking to a later date if adequate notice is given of a cancellation can be arranged. This is subject to agreement by the resort and also availability.

4. Early check out and no shows will be charged at 100%. No refund in these circumstances.

5. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to the email address from which a booking confirmation was originally sent.
